FAQ

What people ask me before they start.

If yours isn’t here, email it. One person reads that address and answers it.

Before you start

What actually happens in the conversation?
A short conversation about how the practice runs — who you are, what it's called, what kind of work, where work comes from, what keeps slipping, and what breaks if you doubled. You can tap most answers rather than type them, or say them out loud.
Do I have to give my email?
Yes, at the end — that's where the report goes, and it's the only thing I ask you for. It isn't sold, shared, or added to a list you didn't ask for.
Is the first part really free?
Yes. Page one of the report — the finding — costs nothing and is yours whether or not you go further. No card is asked for before you choose to buy.
What if you can't help me?
I say so and charge nothing. If the answers show there's no honest finding to sell you, the flow ends there. That happens.

The report

What's in the full report?
Nine pages: what's actually costing you and what each gap costs; the order to fix them in; what it looks like in twelve months unchanged; how practices your size handle the same things; what I'd build and in what order; the number; and the version where you run the plan yourself.
How is it different from a template?
Every figure traces to where it came from. If something can't be traced, it doesn't go in — the document stops rather than filling the gap with something plausible.
How long does it take?
The finding is immediate. The full report lands within a few days, because the research behind it is real work.
Can I just take the plan and do it myself?
Yes, and page nine is written for exactly that. It's a real option, it's in the report, and it credits toward a build if you change your mind within 30 days.

Working together

Do I have to buy anything or set anything up?
No. Nothing to buy, nothing to set up, nobody to hire. Bundls hosts and runs it; you receive the work.
Is this instead of my assistant?
No. They keep doing what they're good at. This is the work that never reaches them — the part that needs judgment about your business rather than hours.
Does anything go out in my name automatically?
Never. Everything gets prepared and then waits for you to read it. That isn't a setting that can be switched off.
What happens if you disappear?
Everything built for you is yours, written down plainly, and handed over — what it does, how it runs, who can pick it up. You already are a single point of failure in your business. You don't need a second.

Money

What does it cost?
The conversation, the finding and the full nine-page report are free. An hour of my time is $450, and that is only worth buying if you would rather take the plan and run it without me. A build is quoted separately — one number, agreed before anything starts.
Is it a subscription?
There is nothing to subscribe to. A build is quoted once, agreed up front, and that is the number.
Is it really free?
It is. The finding is free and so is the full report — page eight of it is what I would build and what it would cost, and nobody charges you for a proposal. What I do not do is write one for everybody: I run the real research where the finding points at something I can genuinely fix.
What does it cost to hire you?
There is no money in it to waste. The conversation, the finding and the full report are free. The only thing with a price on it is an hour of my time, and that is only worth buying if you would rather run the plan without me.

Your information

Where do my files go?
Nowhere you haven't agreed to. I work from what you give me, it stays with me, and it is not used to train anything.
Can I have it deleted?
Yes, in one email, and it takes effect immediately. See the privacy page.
Do you share anything with anyone?
No. Not sold, not shared, and not used as an example without asking you first.

Still deciding?

The conversation answers more than another page of this will, and it costs nothing.
