Before you start

What actually happens in the conversation?

A short conversation about how the practice runs — who you are, what it's called, what kind of work, where work comes from, what keeps slipping, and what breaks if you doubled. You can tap most answers rather than type them, or say them out loud.

What happens after I finish it?

Ron reads the whole conversation himself, researches your market, and gets back to you on the number you gave us to set up a time to talk it through. You get a text straight away with your project number so you know it landed.

Do I have to give my email?

No. We ask for a phone number and nothing else. There is no list, and nothing is sold or shared.

Do I get anything in writing?

Your own answers, on a page you can open any time with your project number. The finding itself comes on the call — Ron would rather say it to you than mail it, because the first thing you will want to do is argue with part of it.

Is it really free?

Yes. The conversation is free, the research Ron does before he calls is free, and the call is free. Nothing is charged unless you ask us to build something, and that is quoted and agreed before anything starts.

What if you can't help me?

We say so and charge nothing. If the answers show there is no honest finding to bring you, the conversation ends there and we point you at whoever can help. That happens.

The call

How soon does he call?

It goes to him the moment you finish. He reads it and comes back to you to find a time that suits you.

What does he bring to it?

What is actually costing you and roughly what each gap costs; the order to fix them in; how practices your size handle the same things; what he would build and in what order; the number; and the version where you run the plan yourself.

How is that different from a sales call?

He does the research before it, on your market, off what you told us. Every figure he quotes traces to where it came from, and if something cannot be traced he says so rather than filling the gap with something plausible.

Can I just take the plan and do it myself?

Yes, and he will tell you how. Every recommendation carries the do-it-yourself version, honestly. That is deliberate: the call should be worth your hour even if you never hire us.

Can I change something I told you before the call?

Yes. Open your project page, or reply to the text we sent. A call built on a misheard problem wastes your hour, so a correction beforehand is worth more to us than to you.

Working together

Do I have to buy anything or set anything up?

No. Nothing to buy, nothing to set up, nobody to hire. Bundls hosts and runs it; you receive the work.

Is this instead of my assistant?

No. They keep doing what they're good at. This is the work that never reaches them — the part that needs judgment about your business rather than hours.

Does anything go out in my name automatically?

Never. Everything gets prepared and then waits for you to read it. That isn't a setting that can be switched off.

What happens if you disappear?

Everything built for you is yours, written down plainly, and handed over — what it does, how it runs, who can pick it up. You already are a single point of failure in your business. You don't need a second.

Money

What does it cost?

The conversation and the call are both free. If you want something built, the price comes after you have heard the reasoning.

Is it a subscription?

There is nothing to subscribe to. A build is quoted once and agreed up front. If you ask us to run it for you afterwards, that is a flat monthly fee you agree first and can stop any time.

What does it cost to hire you?

You see the numbers before you decide, and there is always more than one size. The smallest is a starter we build once and run for you monthly. The largest is the full build. Whichever you pick, it is one number to build and one a month to run, both agreed before anything starts — and nothing is quoted before you have heard the reasoning.

Your information

Who sees what I told you?

Ron. The conversation goes to him and nowhere else. It is not sold, not shared, and not used to train anything.

Where do my files go?

Only where you have agreed. We work from what you give us, it stays with us, and it is not used to train anything.

Can I have it deleted?

Yes, in one email, and it takes effect immediately. See the privacy page.

Do you share anything with anyone?

No. Not sold, not shared, and not used as an example without asking you first.
