What you get, and what it costs

The conversation is free, the research we do off it is free, and the call where we give you the finding is free. A build, if you want one, is quoted and agreed separately before any work starts.

Never a subscription

The report costs nothing. If you later ask us to run something for you, that is a flat monthly fee you agree first and can stop any time. Nothing renews on its own.

Why the report is free

Because you should be able to judge the work before paying for anything. The report is a complete finding you can act on without us. It carries the research, the order of operations, and the do-it-yourself path for each recommendation.

What the report is

Our professional judgment, based on what you told us and what we could find. It is not legal, medical, financial or tax advice, and it does not replace your own professional judgment about your own practice.

Your material

Anything you give us stays yours. Anything we build for you is yours, and you keep it if we stop working together.

Nothing sends itself

No message or document goes out in your name without you approving it. This is a property of how it is built, not a preference you set.

Ending it

You can stop at any time. We hand over what exists, written down, and delete whatever you ask us to delete.

Where this applies

Michigan law. If something goes wrong we would rather talk than litigate, and we will pick up the phone.

If any of this is unclear, ask. A term you had to fight to understand is a term we wrote badly.
